New factory-built Guest Houses are built to exceed the code requirements of site-built homes, and because they are built in a factory, each step of the process is carefully supervised and inspected by both the State of California and your local municipality. It is likely your Guest House will be built to even higher standards than your existing home due to newer building code requirements.
We are presenting three Guest House designs here. There are many more possibilities. Your factory-built Guest House can be customized inside and out for you. Once we have determined the size of guest house that is permissible on your property, we will work with you to choose a floor plan, an exterior finish and interior upgrades that suit your project and your budget. The exterior finish can match your existing home or have a complementary style.
How long do I have to wait to move in?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll start preparing the building site while your Guest House is being built in the factory. You should be able to move in within two months of your order!
